RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Laluna is a small business, and orders are “made to order” so returns are not permitted and all sales are considered a final sale. Please feel free to ask questions prior to purchase, we can be reached at info.lalunaco@gmail com. If you receive your order and believe it to be damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist you. We will do our best to resolve any issues; we want you to be happy with your purchase!
I'M SO EXCITED, WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Don’t worry, we are hand crafting your order, this means from the first cut to the last stitch. With that, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. We don’t want to rush your carefully created purchase, however, if you need your order by a certain date, be sure to include it in your notes at checkout. Or if you forget, shoot us an email and we'll take care of you!
Domestic U.S. orders ship via USPS: You can select Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail. International orders ship via USPS First Class International and may take up to 21 business days to arrive.
Once your package has shipped Laluna is not responsible or liable for your items and will not be able to assist you if a problem arises. In the unfortunate event your package is ruined, delayed, lost or never arrives we will not be able to replace/remake your order or issue a refund/exchange.
Once you have received your tracking number from us, it's out of our hands. If there is an issue with your package, please contact USPS at:

If your information is incorrectly entered and your package is returned because it was unable to be delivered, you may be in charge of additional shipping costs.
CARING FOR LALUNA PRODUCTS
Wash all items in cool water and tumble dry low. If you would like to preserve your items longer, line dry would be best.

We sure do! There is an international shipping option. All international items are shipped USPS First Class International.

Yes! Laluna was created because of custom orders. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can create that one of a kind piece you’re looking for. Please keep in mind, because it is a custom order shipping time frames may vary. We will work with you on this when discussing your order.
